Zephyr X Developments Secures Planning for £135 Million Build-to-Rent Scheme in Milton Keynes

Zephyr X Developments has been granted detailed planning permission for a £135 million build-to-rent (BTR) development at 500 Avebury Boulevard, in the heart of Milton Keynes city centre.

The project will replace the old Allianz offices with 376 high-end apartments, providing new rental housing in the area.

The development will have eight floors of well-designed apartments, each focused on comfort and style with modern amenities for residents.

Graham Haydon-White, Managing Director of Zephyr X, highlighted the project's potential, saying: "Our vision for 500 Avebury Boulevard is to create more than just apartments - it's about fostering a vibrant community that elevates residents' lifestyles while enhancing the dynamism of Milton Keynes."
