Renaker go-ahead for Manchester twin towers
22/10/20
The twin towers, designed by architect Simpson Haugh, form the second phase of Renaker's Crown Street development close to Deansgate.
Dubbed the Blade and Cylinder because of their distinctive shapes they will provide over 890 flats.
The towers will be connected at the lower levels by a podium containing 5,200 sq ft of commercial space.
Renaker's plans also include a 210-place primary school and a public park.
Its client team includes MEP Design for building services and structural engineer DP Squared.
