Midgard lands £245m Tottenham Hale towers

Midgard has been confirmed as the contractor for the second and final phase of the Heart of Hale regeneration project in north London.

Developer Related Argent has agreed a £243m loan with ICG Real Estate for the delivery of the Build-to-Rent (BtR) scheme in Tottenham Hale

The final phase of the 3.5-acre Heart of Hale site comprises three towers of up to 38-storeys designed by architectural practice Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMN).

Midgard is expected to complete the job by the end of 2026.
